Dabbawala Quality

Now here's a lesson in Quality - thanks to the dabbawala's of Mumbai, India. A dabbawala is a person who delivers home cooked meals in a lunch box from a residence to a person's workplace, rain or shine each and every business day. According to a survey1 done by The Economist, there is only one mistake in every 6,000,000 deliveries, statistically equivalent to a Six Sigma (99.9999) rating. Now that's Quality!!
