Process management of Titanic proportions
On the morning of April 10, 1912, a luxury liner sailed out of Southampton on its maiden voyage bound for New York. Four days later the ship sailed into the history books and 1571 lives were lost. The name of the ship – the Titanic. If just one of those people involved in the building and the sailing of the ship had questioned the processes, would history have been different? What do you think went wrong?
